What this policy covers
We apply these rules to fees you pay for facilitated sessions, group programmes, or downloadable resources we deliver after payment confirmation. Donations, third-party marketplace purchases, or goods shipped by another merchant are outside this policy unless expressly stated in your receipt.
Services scheduled in advance
If you book a paid session and cancel at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start time, we refund any amount already captured, minus non-refundable payment processing fees charged by banks or card networks. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive a credit toward a rescheduled date at our discretion, reflecting preparation time already allocated.
Digital downloads and templates
Digital products are treated as delivered once a download link or access credential is supplied. Because files can be duplicated instantly, purchases are generally final. If a file is materially defective—corrupted archive, missing pages described on the purchase page, or access failure on our side—contact us within fourteen days. We will repair or replace the asset, or issue a refund if repair is not practical.
Completed services
Fees for sessions already delivered are not refundable. If you believe the experience did not match the written scope we confirmed beforehand, email us within seven days with a concise description. We may offer a partial credit or a follow-up segment where we agree the service fell short of that scope.
Subscription or bundle products
If we offer time-limited access bundles in the future, renewal and cancellation windows will be stated at checkout. Until such products exist, this section is informational only.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can trace your payment and resolve the issue. Friendly resolution is faster and preserves access to future bookings.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Banks may take up to fourteen business days to show the credit; international cards may take longer.
Statutory rights
New Zealand consumers retain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable. EU or UK buyers may have statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts; we honour those timelines where the law requires.
