Scope and updates
This policy applies to visitors who access pages under the domain whrexxonphakronx.world. We may update it when we change vendors, tracking configurations, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page reflects the last substantive review; minor wording edits may occur without changing that date if they do not alter your rights or our practices in a material way.
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small file or string placed on your device when you visit a site. First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by partners whose scripts load on our pages. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, software development kits, and HTML5 local storage. We use the word “cookie” below to include these technologies where they perform a comparable function.
Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These enable security features, remember your cookie choices, balance traffic across servers, and maintain session integrity. Without them, parts of the site may not load or may behave unpredictably. They are used based on our legitimate interests in delivering a secure service and, where applicable, performing our contract with you.
Analytics. If you consent, we may collect aggregated statistics about page views, scroll depth, and technical errors. We prefer configuration that masks or truncates IP addresses and avoids creating cross-site profiles beyond what is proportionate to improving content about eating patterns and studio operations.
Marketing. If you consent, we may measure whether promotional campaigns led you to the site, or personalise repeated visits with relevant reminders. We do not use marketing cookies to infer sensitive health data for targeting purposes.
How consent works
When you first visit, you may see a banner with “Accept All”, “Reject”, and “Cookie Settings”. Rejecting disables optional categories. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because they are essential. Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key thisdomaindontexist123_cookie_prefs so we do not repeatedly ask on every page load during the same browser profile.
Retention periods
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies may last from a few days up to twenty-four months depending on the vendor. Analytics logs are typically rotated sooner. If we integrate a new analytics partner, we will list typical cookie names and durations in an annex to this policy or in the vendor’s public documentation linked from our privacy notice.
Your controls
You can revisit preferences through any future cookie controls we publish, delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing modes, or install tracker-blocking extensions. If you block all storage, strictly necessary features may break; if you block third-party cookies only, some embedded content may not display.
International transfers
Where analytics or marketing partners process data outside the European Economic Area or New Zealand, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, and we assess whether the transfer meets necessity and proportionality tests described in the GDPR and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
